Lunch:

Onion bagel ham, cheese and dill pickle sandwich w/mayo and mustard

Dinner:

Green salad with fresh veggies (tomato, carrot, celery), turkey and bacon w/balsamic vinaigrette dressing

Beverages:

Tea, water, orange juice

Breakfast:

8 oz. Greek style yogurt, honey-vanilla flavor

Lunch:

Olive Garden—lunch size ravioli Portobello, one dish salad with veggies and vinaigrette and croutons, two bread sticks

Dinner:

Cheese & crackers (abt 12), hummus and crackers (5), apple slices (1/2 apple), 1 slice fruitcake

Beverages:

Tea, water

Breakfast:

8 oz. Greek style yogurt, honey-vanilla flavor

Lunch:

Grilled ham, cheese and tomato sandwich w/mayo

Dinner:

2 mini pizzas, pepperoni

Beverages:

Tea, water, orange juice

Snacks:

Cinnamon twist, 3-4 mandarin oranges, late night maple bar (very bad, but sooo good!)

Breakfast:

None–woke very late

Lunch:

Claim Jumper–abt 2/3 Chinese chicken salad with peanut vinaigrette; 1.5 cheese potato cakes

Dinner:

Claim Jumper (leftovers)–1/2 country fried steak and sausage gravy, 1/2 lemon cheese brulee bar

Beverages:

water, tea

Snacks:

maple bar

Breakfast:

Mango & apricot Greek style yogurt, 3 mandarin oranges

Lunch:

Ham & cheese sandwich w/pickle, tomato, mayo and mustard

Dinner:

Mandarin Kitchen–single small portions of Almond Fried Chicken, General Tso’s Chicken and Mongolian Beef, w/steamed white rice (did not finish plate)

Beverages:

tea, water, orange juice
